SPARSH (स्पर्श)

SPARSH (Sampoorna Poorva madhya rail ARogya SHala) has been developed for the facilitation in accessing the services provided by 6 Railway Hospitals of East Central Railway, i.e. Central Super Speciality Hospital (CSSH), Patna and the five Divisional Railway Hospitals of East Central Railway. This app has been developed solely for the benefits of Railway employees and their dependants.

SPARSH lets its users register for the required services and thereby helps Railwaymen to avoid unnecessary visits to Hospital. Once registered, Users are conveyed the required time and date through ‘STATUS’ module of their scheduled appointment by hospital administration.

After logging in the SPARSH, users may register for the required services, check the status of already registered services and monitor all the services availed till date. For any grievances/feedbacks, users can write to the administration.
